Projects
We are currently building three energy storage projects. Olana Energy will own the built projects. The energy storage will provide frequency balancing services and balance the electricity market by buying electricity during overproduction and selling it during peak consumption.
Northern Module R&D -project
Olana Energy is developing a solar tracker called Northern Module. The innovation of the solution is a fixed tilt angle and a vertical turning direction, which enables up to 28% additional yield, a rigid lightweight structure and, most importantly, the product extends production hours from noon to morning and afternoon. The prototype project will be completed in Turku in the summer of 2024.
