We have successfully built three energy storage projects and are currently building a project in Lithuania. Olana Energy owns the built projects itself. Energy storage provides frequency balancing services and balances the electricity market by buying electricity during overproduction and selling it during peak consumption.

Northern Module R&D -project
Olana Energy is developing a solar tracker called Northern Module. The innovation of the solution is a fixed tilt angle and a vertical turning direction, which enables up to 28% additional yield, a rigid lightweight structure and, most importantly, the product extends production hours from noon to morning and afternoon. The prototype project was completed in Turku summer of 2024.
